Cancellation Policy

OAFM CLEANING SERVICES — TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking or accepting services from OAFM Cleaning Services, clients agree to these terms. Services and pricing are based on the agreed scope of work, property size, condition, and information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for excessive clutter, heavy grease, severe buildup, excessive trash, or services outside the original agreement. Payment is due according to the invoice or service agreement. At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling; same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible properties may incur a fee. Clients should secure valuables, medications, fragile items, and pets before service. OAFM may refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, severe infestations, bodily fluids, or abusive or threatening behavior. OAFM is not responsible for pre-existing damage/conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through cleaning. Concerns will be reported
