Our Policy Details

OAFM Cleaning Services appointments are scheduled based on availability. Clients should provide accurate information about the space size, condition, requested services, and any special circumstances when booking. Payment is due according to the terms provided on the invoice or service agreement. Additional charges may apply when conditions require services beyond the original scope of work. OAFM Cleaning Services   requests at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same day cancellations, lockouts, or no shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. OAFM Cleaning Services is not responsible for pets that escape because they were not properly secured. We encourage clients to secure cash, jewelry, documents, electronics, medications, and other irreplaceable items before services. OAFM Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage and pre existing conditions. OAFM Cleaning Services maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward employees or contractors. A team member may leave a property if they reasonably believe the environment is unsafe or hostile. OAFM Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when space presents an unsafe condition or involves circumstances that cannot be reasonably handled by OAFM Cleaning Services.
